I hope that I will refer to you some basic information about energy and distance healing. I am freelance bioenergy healer and spiritualist and I believe in freedom of thinking, religion, spirit and choices. I also believe in one powerful spiritual energy, which is around us, invisible, which is universal and welcomed in every human heart and soul. This energy, some people call it Prana is essential for our life and happiness.
We are now living in mostly materialistic society and it is not a surprise that many feel great emptiness inside them. Many also feel that living energy around us but don't know how to control it and use it for their own purposes and development of intellectual, spiritual, emotional and materialistic areas of their lives.
Illness, depression, stress, unhappiness, problems with other peoples, low concentration, fear, trauma, etc... emanate from unbalanced, discordant and stagnant vital energy.
I am simple man, but in my past, I've had some bad experiences, which have had some negative influence on my life. I was in the same position as you are now. That's the reason that I started training in spiritual systems like yoga, esoterica, meditation, kabbala and after quite some years I have some power and knowledge to help other peoples who seek help and spiritual knowledge.

General concepts
Everything in our universe is consisted of some form of energy. We ARE energetic and spiritual beings. Sickness and our emotional and mental problems and even accidents come from energy imbalances and blockages in our spiritual bodies. Our spiritual bodies are made from very subtle energies and we usually can't see these energies because our 5 senses are usually bound to material world.
We have three spiritual bodies; emotional or astral body, mental body and spiritual body. This three invisible bodies plus our material body are four elements of soul. Soul itself is 5th element, or integrity. Our soul is basically divided in this body but soul is much more... soul is cosmos around us, our moving, actions, relations with other people, jobs, love, passions, happiness or unhappiness, success or fall, illness or health; all of them are part of our life.
Basically, ours life is manifestation of our emotional, mental and spiritual processes inside our subconscious and super conscious minds.
In our life many people are subconsciously aware of these subtle energies.
For example, one day we wake up and feel very nervous end everything is going wrong.
Why?
The energy from our spiritual body is negative, and so it is manifested in our environment.
The basic idea is that if we are aware of our energies and if we have tools to control and clean negative imbalances, we will gain control of our life and universe around us.

Distant Energy Healing
According to quantum physics, we live in a world of energy. Moreover, physicists discovered that matter is not matter, as people have considered it for many centuries, but energy. Physicists also accepted the view that everything in the universe depends on our consciousness and attention to events and occurrences. Everything is energy and everything may be corrected with energy use. New understanding of the outer world and inner world make us able to control and manage the energy of everything consciously. The most interesting thing is that even ordinary people may do this.
The energy healing may be done at close distances balancing the energy field near the healee, or at any long distances.
When performing a distant energy healing or assessment, healers keep the healee's visualized energetic image before their eyes. In this way, a healer controls over the healee's energy field and conducts the energy cleansing and healing with his or her mental energies. Then, the healer performs mentally the same techniques as for healing a person who is physically present.
Distant healing is performed by advanced healers who may easily achieve a meditative state of mind and control and direct their mental energies. The distant healers must be mastered in meditation and visualization. Healers should open and develop their ability to feel, determine and assess human energy at any distance. They use photographs in the beginning of practice, and then, when mastered, use visualized or drawn healee's images.

Bioenergy
Bioenergy can be explained as bio-electromagnetic energy surrounding us. You may hear about terms of positive and negative energy in bioenergy healing. Prana
Vital cosmic energy is called Prana in Sanskrit, and it acts in the transfer of human energy. Prana is breath of life. Healthy people have this energy in abundance. Freely flowing Prana in the human energy systems brings vitality and vivacity into organisms. However, ill people have deficits in this energy. They have gray constricted energy fields with blocked and stagnant energy. Such a condition of the energy fields affects people's health, bringing energetic imbalances and illnesses on the physical level. Old people have deficits of prana. We cannot see Prana, only its manifestations. This vital energy penetrates everywhere coming from Great Unknown. Prana submits to human consciousness, and it can be creative as well. Chakras
There are many web sites about charkas, just google chakras and you'll see many results.
Basically, charkas are energetic points where prana or vital energy is concentrated, assimilated and redistributed through the spiritual body and connected with material body. Prana is flowing through the channels, called nadis. There are 3 major nadis: Ida, Pinagala, and Susumna nadi. Nadis are vertical flows of energy and charkas are horizontal points where the vital energy is redestributed.
There is some confusion about charkaiss. You will read about 7 chakras but there are many more charkas. This seven charkas are the most important, but there are many more small chakras. Also, previously when we talked about 4 bodies you must know that every one of our four bodies have charkas and that means that we have 28 major charkas plus 5 elements and that equals 33 elements of man.
Elements connects spiritual and physical body and we can call them "super charkas".
There are many traditions about charkas, meditation, attributions, methods of visualizations, mantra sounds etc. All these systems are good.
How I work ?
I work remotely. Distance is not a problem when you work with energies and healing, phone sessions can be as effective as "in the flesh" sessions. I only need your picture for visualization and your trust for energy to flow. In other words: you must open your aura to me so I can regulate your energies.
Did I guaranteed the results?
I can't guarantee the results, but I will do the best I can to improve your health and mental and spiritual condition. We can never know what is hiding deep in human soul, spiritual or karma body. Time frame
For a start I advice you that you take two basic chakras cleansing sessions per week. The number of sessions depends on your energy situation and it is hard to say how many sessions you will need but in principle it takes 4 to 6 weeks. After first level of cleansing we need the pause for 4 to 6 weeks. After that we go to the second level which is spiritual and more advanced. At the second level you will also get the power to heal and control your chakra's vital energies.
